Privacy & Security
Last updated: April 2026
At Sportlux, we operate and scale some of the most recognised names in lifestyle and luxury, including Off-White™, Palm Angels, Dickies®, Thomas Pink and Diadora. Trust is part of how we run that business, and that extends to how we handle your information.
This Privacy & Security Notice explains what we collect when you visit sportlux.com or interact with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our career and contact channels, and any communications you receive from us.
Who we are
Sportlux operates as a global brand operator with offices in Dubai, New York and Lugano. If you want to reach our privacy team, you can write to us at
careers@sportlux.com or call 04-8356418.
Information we collect
We only collect information we actually need to do our work well. That usually falls into three buckets:
1. Information you give us directly. When you contact us, apply for a role, subscribe to updates or work with us as a partner, we collect things like your name, email, phone number, company, country, CV or portfolio, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
2. Information we collect automatically. When you visit our site, we log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on each page. This helps us keep the site secure and understand what content is useful.
3. Information from third parties. We occasionally receive information from recruitment platforms, analytics providers, and business partners where you have given them permission to share it with us.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, evaluate job applications, manage commercial relationships, send you updates you have asked for, improve how the site performs, protect against fraud or misuse, and meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without your knowledge.
Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on one of the following legal bases when we process your personal data: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests as a business (such as running and improving our operations, and keeping our site secure), or compliance with a legal obligation.
Who we share information with
We share information only where it is needed to run the business:
- Service providers who help us host the site, manage email and analytics, handle recruitment, and support our operations. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
- Affiliates and brand partners within the Sportlux portfolio, where the interaction relates to a specific brand.
- Legal and regulatory authorities when we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- Advisors such as lawyers, auditors and insurers under professional confidentiality.
If Sportlux or one of its brands is involved in a merger, acquisition or restructuring, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
International transfers
Because we operate across Dubai, New York and Lugano, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we put appropriate safeguards in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where relevant, the UK Addendum or the Swiss equivalent.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. Enquiry and contact details are generally held for up to 24 months after our last interaction. Recruitment data is held for the duration of the hiring process and, with your consent, for a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable role opens up. Records we are required to retain for legal, tax or audit reasons are kept for the period set by the applicable law.
How we protect your information
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, secure hosting, staff training, and regular reviews of our security practices. No system is completely free of risk, but we take security seriously and respond quickly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent you have given, receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at careers@sportlux.com. We will respond within the timelines set by applicable law.
Children
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, we will let you know through the site or by email.
